I'm pretty happy with this first day of my blog! The food added up to 502 calories, which is very close to the goal of 500 for a fasting day. I hope that my pictures will help anyone out there to see that this is not impossible, and I can eat normally tomorrow! And the next day! And the next day!
My advice
Get the myfitnesspal app, and it will help you find out how many calories the food you eat contains
Get a digital kitchen scales so you can weigh what you eat, and when you have to guess, you'll have a better idea of what things weigh
Be honest! Write everything down, you're only cheating yourself if you don't!
Stay busy
Drink lots of water
Don't give up
