A little something fresh and sweet.


This dessert is so simple and it's great for Summer on a non fasting day
The whole family will enjoy this one!
This recipe makes 7 (1/2 cup) serves - 39.4 calories per serve


Make up 1 sachet of lime flavoured lite jelly using a bit less than 1 cup of boiling water to dissolve the jelly crystals, and a bit less than a cup of cold water
Then
Place the contents of the can of traditional fruit salad in juice into the jelly
Use a half cup measure to serve the fruity jelly into glasses, bowls or tea cups
Place the jelly into a large covered container in the fridge for a few hours

Serve with ice cream and a strawberry
